Madness perform for their largest audience since the reunion. Norman Watt-Roy is back to stand in for Mark. ''Hello, we are Madness. I was told early this week that the world is gonna end today (cheers). Only in heaven'". The festival is fiercely criticised because a lot of acts are using backing-tapes. Madness contribute to this as well with their semi-playback version of Lovestruck (featuring stereo-vocals from Suggs). It goes down well with the audience and so does It Must Be Love. The event is aired live on the Internet and various UK radio and TV stations, and edited by Fuji Japan to two hours worth of worldwide exposure. Return to Homepage | Return to Top of Page |
